What is the Fresh Graduates Program?
The Fresh Graduates Program is an internship for university graduates who are looking to start their careers in an international company. Participants work at the KT&G office in Moscow, gaining real experience, support from a Buddy, and competitive compensation.

How the Internship Works
You will take on a full-fledged role in one of KT&G’s departments and receive support from your Buddy, the team, and HR.
The program lasts for 10 months and includes three evaluation stages:

Yes, absolutely! Our program is designed for those just starting their career journey. We don’t expect you to have ready-made skills — your motivation, willingness to learn, and desire to grow with us are what matter most.
The internship is held at our Moscow office, located at Leningradskoe Shosse 16A, building 1 (Business Center “Metropolis”). It’s a modern and convenient workspace just a few minutes from Voykovskaya metro station (MCC Baltiskaya).
The internship is paid. The salary starts from 70 000 ₽ net. This is a full-time role where you gain not only experience, but also a stable income.
Yes, interns receive a benefits package from day one, including:

Yes, there’s a real opportunity! After the 10-month program, we review your progress, and if there’s mutual interest — we may offer full-time employment.
You’ll work in the office from 08:00 to 17:00, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00. KT&G follows an in-person work format — we value face-to-face communication, support, and team involvement.
A Buddy is your mentor and go-to person in the team. They’ll help you understand your tasks, adapt to the office environment, and feel more confident as you settle in. We believe support at the start is key to success.
